Our production facilities are certified in compliance with the Natural Products Association good manufacturing practices. And, in anticipation of forthcoming U.S. government regulations specifying good manufacturing practices, our facilities already exceed the proposed requirements. While Canada no longer issues certifications to foreign manufacturers, our manufacturer also complies with the Canadian regulations and has current documentation on file with the Canadian regulatory agency.

Quality begins with carefully selected and analyzed raw materials. All of our raw materials suppliers are pre-qualified, and their facilities, processes, and standards carefully investigated and audited. With many years of experience in the industry, our manufacturers have long-term relationships with the best growers and ingredient producers.

Every ingredient must have a certificate of analysis, is quarantined upon arrival at our production facilities, and undergoes rigorous inspection before use.

Our manufacturers use state-of-the-art equipment, and their in-house testing capabilities include:

1) Raw material identification by IR spectroscopy.
2) Microbiological screening for TPC, Coliform, E.coli, Enterobacteriase, Yeast, and Mold
3) Assay verification by High Performance Liquid Chromotography (HPLC) and UV-Vis spectroscopy
4) Mineral and metal analysis by AA
5) Testing for tablet disintegration, friability, shelf-life stability, fill-weight, and hardness
6) Botanical identification by TLC.

All of these capacities ensure you of finished product potency and quality.

Third party labs are used for pesticide and heavy metals analysis and for confirmation of critical or questionable results.

Our production facility uses a stringent, Kosher-certified quality control process to closely monitor production from raw materials to finished product. The Littleford blender is renowned for blending materials uniformly; and follow-up analysis verifies that potency is accurate from capsule to capsule. Products are tested and inspected at intervals during manufacture, and large inspection tables enable automated visual inspection of every finished capsule and tablet, with accuracy confirmed during a final analysis by the Quality Control Lab.
